Weekly Menu

Sunday: Classic Wedge Salad with Skirt Steak and a Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing

Monday:  Balsamic Chicken with Roasted Vegetables from Skinny Taste (recipe here)

Tuesday: Buttermilk Chive Roasted Chicken

Wednesday: Pork Carnitas from Leaf Parade (recipe here)

Thursday-Sunday:  NYC for my Bachelorette Weekend!!  WooOoo HooOoo!!

Weekly Wrap-Up:


Grilling up a piggy "smorgasboard" on Sunday. 


Elbowing my way into bed on Monday.


 Searing a couple of Orvis Hill strips on Tuesday. 


Testing out broccoli "spaghetti" on Wednesday (it passed with flying colors).


Bragging about stepping out in my college seer suckers on Thursday (a little ironic considering this week's wrap-up is centered around food). 

 
 Winding down on Friday. 


Lunching (and cocktailing) with mom at Chive Blossom on Saturday.
