Oh, how I was not feeling it this morning.
I fell asleep [late] on the couch, woke up at 2:00 a.m.; only to then wake up at 7:00 a.m., much later than I had planned. The audio man was coming at 9:00 a.m. to provide an estimate to hook up the speaker system in our house (something I have meaning to do for the almost 3 years we have been living here, but have been too busy, to broke, too yada yada yada), so I had a very limited window this morning to get my lazy behind motivated and to the gym for a workout.
I made it. And then I proceeded to kick my own butt. Knowing that I would be missing the gym on Friday because of the NYC bachelorette weekend (so flipping excited), I modified the circuit Scott had put on the board for me to make it significantly harder. Admittedly, it was a wee bit miserable while I was doing it, but I felt so good when it was over. Now off for a "fun" filled Labor Day (cleaning, laundry, thank you notes, etc.)
