This saying was painted in the women's locker room at the CrossFit Gym we visited in Raleigh for Scott's Strongman Competition, and I absolutely fell in love with it. It reminds me that strength isn't just about how much weight you can throw around. Strength is a combination of your drive, your stamina, your willpower, your determination, your compassion, your integrity - everything that makes you tick. Strength is relative, so strive to be strong enough for you.
