Today's Workout:

This circuit is no joke people - it will kick your tail.  I came this close to busting my kneecaps in the fifth set when my arms got tired, so make sure you have a mat under you if you are on a hard floor!

TRX Knee Tuck
TRX Pike Up

Kettlebell Squat
Kettlebell Press

I finished the workout with three sets of 10 band assisted pull ups.

I don't know about you, but this weekend couldn't have arrived soon enough!   I'm still so exhausted from last weekend's festivities that I could barely peel myself out of bed this morning, and the worst part was I woke up thinking it was Saturday.   I'm looking forward to catching up on so much needed sleep and doing a little wedding prep.  Hope your weekend is restful!


  1. I did trx for the first time today. I was intimidated at first but I think I am in love with the pain :-)

    1. Danielle, I love the TRX!! It has the potential to inflict some serious pain though! Stick with it, it's like a complete gym in one contraption. I hope you guys are doing well!

  4. after a decent workout will help you to cool down best cooling towel provide superior ventilation as well as cooling capabilities and it assist you to cool your body without leaving soaked it also assist with snugly against your head or neck
