This circuit is no joke people - it will kick your tail. I came this close to busting my kneecaps in the fifth set when my arms got tired, so make sure you have a mat under you if you are on a hard floor!

I finished the workout with three sets of 10 band assisted pull ups.
I don't know about you, but this weekend couldn't have arrived soon enough! I'm still so exhausted from last weekend's festivities that I could barely peel myself out of bed this morning, and the worst part was I woke up thinking it was Saturday. I'm looking forward to catching up on so much needed sleep and doing a little wedding prep. Hope your weekend is restful!
