Today's Inspiration:

Via Pinterest
In today's digital world, where information is exchanged in seconds, movies and music are streamed instantly, your heart's desires can be delivered overnight, and smart phone apps allow to you to accomplish anything at your finger tips,  we expect everything "yesterday".  We are in constant search of the quickest and easiest route to achieve our goals.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there is no quick and easy way to get fit.  Fitness requires hard work, self discipline and determination.  There is no finish line or stopping point - you have to commit yourself to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle indefinitely.  As the old saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.  So ignore the gimmicks (your wallet will thank you) and simply eat as clean as possible, workout, and try to get a good night's sleep.

Today's Workout:

In typical Monday morning I-can't-believe-I'm-awake-and-the-weekend-is-over-where-the-hell-is-my-coffee fashion, I forgot my camera at home.  I'll spare you the  really blurry pictures and only post the kinda blurry pictures.
You're welcome.

Ab Wheel

Farmer's Walk

Push Up (with feet raised for extra resistance)

Prowler Sprints
If you don't have access to a Prowler, but you do have access to a treadmill, walk forward on the treadmill (pushing into the console) while the treadmill is turned off.  To increase resistance, raise the treadmill into a slight incline, turn treadmill off, and walk forward.
