I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there is no quick and easy way to get fit. Fitness requires hard work, self discipline and determination. There is no finish line or stopping point - you have to commit yourself to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle indefinitely. As the old saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. So ignore the gimmicks (your wallet will thank you) and simply eat as clean as possible, workout, and try to get a good night's sleep.

If you don't have access to a Prowler, but you do have access to a treadmill, walk forward on the treadmill (pushing into the console) while the treadmill is turned off. To increase resistance, raise the treadmill into a slight incline, turn treadmill off, and walk forward.
