Weekly Menu

Sunday:  Pan Fried Hog Snapper with Peach Beurre Blanc (recipe to here)

Monday:  Kitchen Closed - Paint and Unwined Girls Night 

Tuesday: Chicken Stuffed with Roasted Red Pepper, Mozzarella and Basil

Wednesday: Grilled Bacon Wrapped Scallops with Grilled Broccoli (similar to the Grilled Prosciutto Wrapped Scallops here)

Thursday: Shrimp Fried "Rice" from the Londoner (recipe here)

Friday: Skirt Steak with Chimichurri via Adam Rapoport at Food 52 (recipe here)

Saturday:  Date Night


Weekly Wrap-Up:



Working out with this tough guy on Monday.


Grateful that there's at least one benefit of waking up before dawn on Tuesday.


Rationing on Wednesday.


Not rationing on Thursday.


Trying to minimize the damage done on Thursday with a liquid lunch on Friday - Banana, Almond Butter, Almond Milk and whey protein.



Having an absolute blast at our Fiesta couples shower on Saturday.  Thank you ladies!!!  A girl couldn't ask for better friends (and family).
