Although, my purse does weigh 25 to 50 pounds on any given day, so it's pretty damn good advice!

Today's Workout: 

Modified Plank

Leg Raise with Hip Lift

Back Raise

Hammer Hits

Dead Lifts
Apparently, I'm incapable of making anything other than a severely distorted expression during dead lifts. This is the best out of about 20.  Lovely.

Overhead Press

Band Assisted Pull Ups

Glute Ham Raise

Failed Pull Up
And this is what happens when I try to do an unassisted pull up at 6:00 am before my brain is awake... wrong muscles, genius.

Work out ended with two 100-yard trips on the prowler with 50 lbs on the prowler.
