I really needed someone to shove this in my face this morning because the last thing I wanted to do was to get out of bed to workout!
We had an action packed weekend to say the least. On Saturday alone I attended a baby shower in the morning, had friends over for lunch (a test run for the Pillsbury Bake Off Contest I decided to enter last week), and had old friends/new neighbors over for dinner during which I proceeded to consume a big fat steak, one more glass than my fair share of the wine AND eat two (or three) chocolate covered strawberries and a cupcake. Boom. My philosophy on cheat meals: Go big or go home. Sunday was a whirlwind of menu planning, grocery shopping and family dinner at my Grandmas. After what felt like an hour of sleep all weekend, Scott was waking me up at 5:00 for our work out and I was wondering where the heck my weekend went.
