Weekly Menu

Sunday:  Chipotle Bourbon Barbecue Chicken, Grilled Zucchini and Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Monday:  Grilled Filet Mignon and Tomato Pie via Southernboy Dish (recipe here)

Tuesday:   Southwestern Stuffed Peppers (from the freezer)

Wednesday:  Pork Tenderloin with Chorizo, Roasted Red Peppers and Manchego and Grilled Green Beans

Thursday:  Chopped Chicken Taco Salad from How Sweet Eats (recipe here)

Friday and Saturday:  Raleigh bound for Scott's Strong Man competition (really this time)

Weekly Wrap-Up


Taking in a sunrise on Monday.

Dinner with a couple of my oldest and dearest on Tuesday.

Touristy date night with my handsome guy on Wednesday. (BTW, dinner was amazing!  Highly recommend the Hot Fish Club)

Throwing back on Thursday to 1981 (yep, that's me).

Hanging out with this cutie before girls night on Friday.  

Cheering on my Dad slaloming on his 65th birthday on Saturday.

Lazing about with these two on Sunday morning.
