Weekly Menu:

Sunday: Southwestern Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Potatoes (recipe to come)

Monday:  Grilled Chicken Caprese from Cooking Classy (recipe here)

Tuesday:  Shrimp Quinoa with Fresh Herbs, Vegetables and Quinoa (recipe here)

Wednesday:  Buffalo Turkey Burgers from Eighty Twenty (recipe here)

Thursday - Saturday:  Heading to Vermont for a mini vacation!  

Weekly Wrap-Up:

Whipping up some homemade bacon mayonnaise on Sunday.

Toasting the end of another Monday.

Wishing for the weekend on Tuesday.

Indulging in a little shoe therapy on Wednesday.

Splurging on pizza to avoid ruining a spray tan on Thursday.

Loosing a few inches on Friday.

Celebrating the new Mr. and Mrs. Joel Smith on Saturday.
