Weekly Menu:

Sunday:  Bacon, Caramelized Onion and White Cheddar Burgers (recipe to here) with sweet potato fries

Monday:  Grilled Asian Steak Salads from Bev Cooks (recipe here)

Tuesday:  Chicken and Kale Enchiladas Verde from the freezer (recipe here)

Wednesday:  Stuffed Peppers from Kalyn's Kitchen (recipe here)

Thursday: Sister's Rehearsal Dinner at Frank's Outback in Pawley's Island

Friday:  Shrimp, Spinach and Artichoke Quiche (recipe to come)

Saturday: Amber and Joel's Wedding Festivities 

Weekly Wrap-up:

Sleeping in on Sunday.

 Lunching with Mom on Memorial Day, and loving the view.  

Finding running motivation in a sunrise on Tuesday.

Attempting a new move on Wednesday (modified reversed hyperextensions).

Throwing back on Thursday with a pic of my brother and I.

Maintaining the toes on Friday.

Over-indulging on sushi  Saturday for Amber's bachelorette at the Wicked Tuna.

Rearranging counters to make room for this bad boy on Sunday (thanks for the early wedding present Mom - love you!!!!).
