Sunday: Mexican Adobo Grilled Pork Tenderloin from Skinny Taste (recipe here)

Monday: Yogurt Marinated Grilled Chicken Similar to Dinner and a Love Story's (recipe here)

Tuesday:  Grilled Plank Fish with Grilled Broccoli (recipe here) - Fish courtesy of our wonderfully generous neighbors!

Wednesday: Grilled Pizza - Chicken, Green Pepper and Bacon for Scott and Everything But the Kitchen Sink for me (cooking method here)

Thursday: BBQ Chicken Pizza Stuffed Chicken (recipe here) with Roasted Green Beans

Friday:  Blue Cheese Encrusted Filet Mignon Grilled on a Plank with Sauteed Spinach (recipe here)


Saturday: Date Night

Weekly Wrap-up:


Scott holding his niece for the first time on Sunday.


Snacking on home made peanut butter cups on Monday.


 Scrapping menu plans in favor of a happy hour on the inlet on Tuesday.


 Skipping the gym on Wednesday.


 Grumbling about hour long commute courtesy of the bike week on Thursday.


 Cooking up Chicken Enchiladas Verde on Friday.


Spending a lazy morning with King on Saturday.
