Sunday: Family Dinner for Mother's Day

Monday: Skirt Steak with Blue Cheese Wedge Salad (salad recipe here)

Tuesday : Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry from June 2013 Cooking Light (recipe here)  

Wednesday: Chicken and Kale Enchiladas (recipe to here)

Thursday: Lime Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Chimichurri from Dinners Dishes & Desserts (recipe here)  

Friday:  Pesto Encrusted Tilefish Grilled on a Maple Plank (recipe here) with Roasted Green Beans

Saturday: Date Night

Weekly Wrap-up:

Winding down on Monday night.

Opening our first registered wedding gift on Tuesday.

Catching up with friends at the Wicked Tuna on Wednesday.

Seriously considering making a dinner of bacon and sausage only on Thursday.

Celebrating with my honey on Friday at Chive Blossom.

Grilling scallops for friends on Saturday.

    1. Thank you Jan! The scallops turned out really yummy. I added them to an arugula and pesto salad. Recipe to come.
