Sunday:  Grilled Skirt Steak, Creamed Spinach from Pioneer Woman (recipe here) and Sweet Potato Chips Domestic Fits (recipe to here)

Monday: Vietnamese Chicken Salad from White on Rice Couple (recipe here)

Tuesday : Chicken with Stuffed with Roasted Red Pepper, Basil and Mozzarella (recipe to here)
 

Wednesday: Indonesian Pork Tenderloin from Tide and Thyme (recipe here)

Thursday: Shrimp and Grits (recipe to come)

Friday & Saturday: Kitchen Closed - Heading to Charlotte with two of my dearest childhood friends, Lauren and Elizabeth, for a much needed girls weekend!
