Sunday:  Almond and Thyme Crusted Grouper with Bourbon Mashed Sweet Potatoes (recipe here) Roasted Green Beans
 

Monday: Filet Mignon with Blue Cheese Butter and Green Beans
 

Tuesday : Greek Chicken Gyros from Half Baked Harvest (recipe here)
 

Wednesday: Lime Pork Tenderloin with Chimichurri from Dinners Dishes & Desserts (recipe here) with Roasted Broccoli topped with Chipotle Lime Butter
 

Thursday: California Style Fish Tacos with Tequila Lime Cole Slaw (recipe to here)

Friday: Shrimp Quinoa with Fresh Herbs, Vegetables, and Feta Cheese (recipe here)
 

Saturday:  Date Night

Dancing like a fool at Darius Rucker on Saturday (and yes that's a Gamecock hat he's sporting)

  1. I love your idea of recapping the week like! It is wayyyyyyy better than a journal b/c all you need is a photo and quick caption anyhow! Mine, however, would not be as exciting as yours (ahem, those brownies DID look awesome...recipe?!).

    1. Thank you Sarah! I wish I could share the brownie recipe, but I did not make it. The brownie was from Crady's in Conway, South Carolina. Admittedly, I am not much of a baker - it's too precise for my liking.
