The Undocumented Workout

I regret to inform you that there is no photographic evidence of this morning's workout. 

My aunt Steph's sister was visiting to join Steph and their mom for the Copper River Bridge Run this past weekend and asked to join our training session this morning, so my usual "photographer" was a little preoccupied.
You'll just have to take my word that I did in fact drag my butt out of bed this morning at o'dark thirty. 

"Yep, we got up at 5."
My workout looked like this:

1.  Warm up

2.  Ab Circuit: 3 sets; 10 second rest between each exercise
     - Leg raises x 10
     - Back raises x 10
     - Side bends 35 lbs x 10 per side
     - L situps x 10 

3.   Circuit:  5 sets; less than 1 minute rest between sets
     - Split squat holding 20 lbs x 6 per leg
     - Push ups off dumbbells x 8
     - Renegade rows 25 lbs x 8 per side, alternating sides

4.  Circuit:  3 sets; less than 1 minute rest between sets
    - Kettle bell swings (overhead) 35 lbs x 25
    - L sit-ups x 20

As usual, I ended the workout with this face in my face...

this rear end in my lap, and what looks to be slobber on my pants.  Shocking.   

Someone doesn't realize he has a very bony behind.
