Crazy Day

Somebody licked all the red off my candy today.


This guy looks guilty.



But of course it wasn't King.  He inevitably makes me laugh, even while doing something infuriating like wiping his dirty slobbery mouth all over my light khaki couch.   

Work is to blame today.  The entire day was absolutely crazy from the time I walked into the door until now.  In fact, the whole week has been this way. 

Needless to say, I am over reading and writing today, so this will be short and sweet.  My workout today looked like this:

1. Warm up

2. Ab Circuit: 2 sets
      - Ab wheel x 10
      - L sit-up x 15 
      - Windmills 15 lbs x 10 per side






3.  Squat Challenge:  Starting with 2 reps, increase reps by 2 each minute to see how many reps you can get up to in 1 minute.
     - 1st minute: 95 lbs x 2
     - 2nd minute:  95 lbs x 4
     - 3rd minute:  95 lbs x 6
     - 4th minute:  95 lbs x 8
     - 5th minute:  95 lbs x 10
     - 6th minute:  95 lbs x 12
     - 7th minute:  95 lbs x 14



4.  Circuit:  4 sets, no rest
     - Over head press 50 lbs x 8
     - Band Assisted Pull ups x 8
