Weekly Menu:

Sunday:  Guinness, Bacon and Vermont Cheddar Turkey Burgers and Sweet Potato Fries

Monday: Spicy Skirt Steak with Asian Slaw (recipe here)

Tuesday: Meatball, Sauteed Spinach and Spaghetti Squash Boat (using the Bolognese that can be found here)

Wednesday: Spinach, Artichoke and Feta Stuffed Chicken

Thursday:  Carnita Tacos

Friday: Cedar Plank Grouper and Grilled Vegetable Kabobs

Saturday:  Date Night

Weekly Wrap-Up:

Seriously considering drinking the Blood Orange, Tequila Lime Marinade on Sunday

Realizing I drive entirely too much on Monday

Cursing the time change on Tuesday (I still haven't recovered. What is wrong with me?!?!?)

Devouring Avocado Egg Salad on Wednesday

Squeezing in some mid-work out QT with King on Thursday

Bragging about my Shrimp and Grits to my Dad on Friday (sorry for the awful iPhone pic)

And on Saturday...

enjoying the Marshwalk and the 79 degree weather with these handsome devils.

This is the exact spot where Scott proposed to me last Thanksgiving day.  (Insert mushy "Awwweee" here)

It also happens to be King's favorite place in the world.  His pup senses are in overdrive with all of the sights, sounds and smells from the marsh.  It also doesn't hurt that gets scratches and rubs from every person we pass.

A perfect Saturday.
