Weekly Menu:

Sunday: Blood Orange and Tequila Marinated Skirt Steak with Roasted Pineapple, Jalapeno and Citrus Salsa

Monday:  Chorizo, Manchego and Roasted Red Pepper Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans (recipe to come)

Tuesday: Steak Night  

Wednesday: Whole Grain Mustard, Honey and Rosemary Roasted Chicken Thighs with Green Beans

Thursday:  Lightened-up Shrimp and Grits (plans changed last week, so this was bumped from the menu)

Friday: Date Night

Saturday:  Venison Ravioli with Truffle Sage Oil


Weekly Wrap-Up:


Thrilled that I made it on Food Gawker (and Tastespotting!) on Monday


Changing plans on Tuesday


Jumping up and down over Save the Dates on Wednesday 


 Resisting temptation on Thursday


Trying out my new ice tray on Friday (I can now look fancy with the one big ice cube in cocktails)


Marveling over a low country sunset on Saturday


Playing with King and his new toy on Sunday
