So instead of workout pictures, I give you pictures of King.
My workout was short, simple, and tough. Get in, get out.
1) Back Raises x 10
2) Step ups, x 10 per leg
3) Bench press 20 lbs, x 10
4) Run around the gym with King like a crazy lady
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes with two 15 lb kettle bells:
1) Dead lift x 5
2) Over head press x 5
3) Squats x 5
4) Pull ups x 5 (just enough assistance from a band to make 5 really hard to accomplish).
Off to tackle an inbox that looks like I have been on vacation for a month. Ah, what I would give for a month long vacation (but only if I can bring this guy). Happy Friday!
